Fixed Full Arch Treatments

Fixed Nano-Ceramic Bridge

When all teeth must be removed and replaced, a fixed nano-ceramic bridge anchored to six dental implants is the most permanent and natural-feeling solution.

Fixed Hybrid Denture

For patients missing all teeth or experiencing severe bone loss, a fixed hybrid denture anchored to six dental implants provides strength, stability, and lasting function.

Course of Treatment

Before the Procedure

3D scans and digital records are taken, and your doctor reviews treatment options, costs, and timelines.

  1. Implant Placement - Five to six implants are placed to replace tooth roots, with temporary teeth attached so you can eat and smile during healing.
  2. Bridge Attachment - After healing, the permanent bridge is secured to the implants, restoring full function and appearance with guidance for long-term care.

End Result

Your new teeth look, feel, and function like natural teeth—often transforming life for patients who struggled with dentures.

Less Ideal Alternatives

Locator Overdenture (Removable, Tissue-Supported)

  • Stabilized on 2–4 implants but still rests on gum tissue
  • Requires relining or replacement over time due to tissue and bone changes

Bar Overdenture (Removable, Bar-Stabilized)

  • Supported by a bar attached to 2–6 implants
  • Provides better function and comfort than a locator overdenture
  • Higher cost with similar long-term drawbacks

Traditional Full Denture (Removable)

  • Large acrylic prosthesis resting on gum tissue only
  • Often uncomfortable, unstable, and less aesthetic
  • Upper dentures cover the palate, reducing taste and speech quality
  • Lower dentures rarely stay in place due to jawbone resorption and tongue movement
